Melody, together with her Husband Don opened this company in 1993 with the vision of simplifying the Mortgage approval process offering the lowest rates and closing costs and have the loans closed within 2 weeks of application. Back in 1993, a mortgage approval took months before a closing was in site. 

Working in the field of cost accounting and management, studying effective time use has allowed her the ability to see where the red tape can be eliminated producing an efficient well run organization. Her natural gift for problem solving has only added to the success of Manning Financial Group.

She is a native Floridian giving her a huge knowledge base for the constant changing real estate market. Having direct ties to her community permitted her the opportunity to benefit the customer with her vast knowledge of property values and market trends. 

 One of her greatest accomplishments was developing and creating a work environment that has earned The Manning Financial Group the prestigious award for "The Best Place to Work" in Indian River County 3 years in a row, She shows the same values as an employer that she has in her personal life.

Along with many other accomplishments, Melody was able to trademark and patent the only true mortgage process known as "Stress Free Mortgages" and is the registered owner to the rights of that process.
